This was my original understanding of massage therapy. Maybe that's what massage is to you. There's nothing wrong with utilizing massage to relax and feel good, but I have come to find massage to be so much more. 

Massage keeps your body moving how it is meant to move. Massage relieves pain. Massage helps you meet the physical demands of life, improves your quality of life, and supports you in becoming the person you're trying so hard to be.
