Over a decade and a half of practicing massage therapy, I have found that my true passion is helping people to heal by touch.

Human touch, the actual physical contact that we absolutely crave, is drastically under-appreciated as a source of healing. When a child falls down, when a person suffers a trauma, they instantly seek both physical and emotional comfort. In our current national and global state of affairs, we are literally dying to be physically comforted. Anxiety, depression, pain. These are epidemic in our world.

We allow ourselves to become overwhelmed by this world. We push ourselves beyond reasonable limits because we feel it is expected of us. Stressful periods in our lives and major events threaten to send us over the edge.

But there is help.
