inside and out, every tissue, organ, vessel, and structure.

When this movement is impeded, function and quality of life decrease and symptoms increase.

I specialize in very specific and precise manual therapies

developed by Jean-Pierre Barral, D.O. and Dr. Bruno Chikly, M.D.

This precision allows me to tune in to the fascial and fluid systems of the body.

I follow where the body leads to areas of restriction and/or congestion,

and I connect with the tissues in such a way that stimulates the body to respond.

These manual therapies and techniques are not massage

and they require a skin-connection without oil.

The body has an amazing ability to self-correct but sometimes it needs a little help.

The body knows what it needs and is ready to show us.

We can learn to understand the language and messages of the body.

I follow where the body leads and work there because this is the source of a key issue,

a significant area of concern for the body.

The primary restritctions shown by the body often are causing other problems to manifest;

they are taking the body's resources so other problems cannot be addressed

(think your mortgage payment.. it's taking resources you need for other things).

These areas that the body identifies may be different from where you experience symptoms,

but these primary areas must be worked for what you are feeling to improve.

Following the body's lead is how we get the best results.

If we address the problem at its source, then the resulting symptoms often will resolve naturally.

When the restrictions are released and congestion is eased,

movement of the tissues is restored and improved function results.
