Rachel Tice

My name is Rachel Tice, and I am a Myomassologist at Brent Family Chiropractic.  I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institue of Southfield, MI September 2013. I have also taken classes throught the Upledger International institute in Craniosacral Therapy. I provide therapeutic and relaxation massage. I am also an Independent Distributor for Young Living Essential oils and I use them along in my parctice depending on each clients needs.

Many of you are probably wondering what a Myomassologist is. A Myomassologist is a person whom interates massage techniques from many discipline. In additon to massage therapy techniques, a Myomassologist intergrates energy work and alternative medical treatments, as well as nutritional and physical education into their practice. 

As a Myomassologist I have taken many medical based classes on my journey to gain a deeper level of understanding in human anatomy and how it works. Some of the massage techniques/modalities in which I implement into my practice include: Prenatal/Labor Massage, Side Lying Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, TMJ Dysfunction, Energy Balancing, Chakra Balancing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Stretching, CranioSacral Therapy. 

For wach and every session I create a massage tailored specificly to each indicidual based on their life style, medical history, and any previous injury to help facilitate the client's self-healing process. With my background in Kinesiology, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology I possess the ability to assist my clients in increasing range of motion, rehabilitation, restore relaxation and decrease stress. I strive to procide each and every one of my clients with the best possible massage depending on your current health condition. 

At Brent Family Chiropractic we offer 15 minute chair massage, 15 minute TMJ massage (inside and outside of the mouth), 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute massage. You can also add Hot Stones to any table massage!
