I have a certification in massage therapy from IHSI Institute of Massage, where my practice is based and I am a teacher, and am licensed by the state of Michigan. I also hold certifications in personal training and nutrition. I use techniques that allow me to give deep tissue massage, release trigger points, and myofascial release without pain. My favorite type of treatment to give is one that is a blend of techniques that I customize to best suit the goals and person on the table.
