About Me: I love helping people feel better! The world of massage and bodywork therapy is my passion and I firmly believe in the benefits on the body, mind, and spirit as I have seen these demonstrated over my 10+ years in the field.

Schooling: I graduated from Apollo College with my Certificate of Massage Therapy in 2006. I attained a Bachelor of Health Science and Minor in Psychology from Boise State University in 2015, and became a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist in 2016. I have studied the field of energy work and received my Usui Reiki Master in 2007, Karuna Reiki Master in 2009, and Tanran Reiki Master in 2017.
Over the years I have worked in sports settings, spa settings, and hospice care, and have learned a great deal from each. Now I specialize in therapeutic care, focusing on those clients that are in pain and need healing.
