I firmly believe you know your body better than anyone else and your sessions revolve around that philosophy.  The body has the ability to heal with the correct tools; therefore I continue to take advanced soft tissue and pathology courses in Neuromuscular Therapy, Orthopedic Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Myofascial Release. I integrate various soft tissue solutions/modalities into each session to assist clients with their long term wellness goals. I am a great choice of therapist for those whose lifestyles are demanding and tiring, by providing an opportunity to be unwound or to have aches and pains eased out to achieve a deep sense of overall calm and balance.
