Pauline Haughton

Pauline Haughton, LMT (MA 56320)

Pauline has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009, graduating from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Fort Lauderdale. This rigorous program requires over 550 hours of hands-on practice before a license is granted.

Over the years, Pauline has balanced professional practice with community service—volunteering locally while also working in massage clinics and running her own private mobile and office-based practice. She is a proud licensed member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and remains in good standing with the National Council of Massage and Bodywork Association.

Born and raised in the UK, Pauline’s wellness journey began in 1983 when she started bodybuilding under the guidance of a coach from the Amateur Weightlifting Association. She went on to become a world-class women’s weightlifting champion, ranking highly across the UK, Europe, and internationally for more than a decade.

Her athletic pursuits extend beyond the weightlifting stage—Pauline ran the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon in both 2007 and 2008, and in 2012 she proudly donated her time to support the London Olympic Games.

Today, Pauline continues her commitment to health and wellness not only through her bodywork practice but also through her personal lifestyle. She works out daily as part of her ongoing wellness journey, maintaining the strength, resilience, and vitality that she encourages her clients to pursue in their own lives.
