About
Allow me to come to you and set up in your home or office to offer sports massage, range of motion, deep tissue, trigger point work, Swedish, prenatal/post natal, geriatric, soft tissue release and soon Aromatherapy.
Background - I graduated from Anthem College in St. Louis Park with my A.A.S and certificate in Massage Therapy along with Academic Excellence and Perfect Attendance. I not only offer 1,200+ hours of training from Anthem but I bring with me 5 years experience in a medical background working at North Memorial Medical Center and experience working at a Chiropractic Office as a CMT.
Goals - I want to continue my education at MSB which partnered up with MAT (Muscle Activation Training) to offer a Masters Degree in Health Fitness Management. My education, training, and understanding of the body at Anthem was just the start. So please help me help you by giving PB a call!
I communicate with each client to understand their goals or issues per massage and customize each session to meet their needs.
