I began practicing Bowen Therapy. Two years ago, I added Emmett which is a soft tissue release therapy. 2019, I have added MSTR (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Therapy). All of these Light Touch Therapies along with other classes I have taken, delight me so much to apply them to different situations and see people's soft tissue released.
