Paige Williams

Paige's passion is doing therapeutic work in a relaxing environment to help her clients reduce stiffness, pain and dysfunction in the body that may be keeping them from living an active and healthy life!  Her goal is to keep you moving with less or no pain, while improving range-of-motion in any affected joints, so that you can continue running, walking, lifting, swimming, cycling or just living an active lifestyle. She carefully listens and does a thorough health assessment to determine the appropriate plan of treatment for each session.  You'll know you're in good hands the moment you relax in Paige's beautiful, home treatment studio. Her experience, professionalism and compassionate demeanor blend together, providing a wellness experience for body, mind and spirit.  

Paige has 35 years of experience in the Healthcare industry and feels very comfortable working with clients who have complicated medical histories and/or injuries.  Her dedication and passion for education has afforded her trainings in many massage techniques to include: Swedish, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Hot Stone, Oncology and Aromatherapy. She is a Certified Modern Cupping Practitioner and has completed advanced training in Cupping for scar tissue, Lymph Drainage, Neuromuscular Cupping, Myofascial Release and Myoskeletal Alignment technique.  She has also completed advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, to include working with patients seeking to reduce swelling after surgical procedures and Oncology patients with Lymphedema due lymph node removal.  Paige has also trained in SMRT (a positional release technique) for head/neck and upper body injuries & dysfunctions.

Health and fitness has always been an integral part of her life.  She has been a Certified Spinning Instructor for 22 years and currently teaches 2 classes a week at the Hampton Y's.  She participates in CrossFit classes and lives a busy, active life with her husband and 2 rescue dogs.  She couldn't have come this far without the help of Massage Therapy!
