Hello, my name is Nicole DePalma, and I have been practicing massage therapy since 2000, and have been in the fitness business since 1979 as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and for the past 10 years, as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

I offer Ayurvedic, hot stone, Swedish, sports, deep tissue, pregnancy, and facilitated stretch massage protocols based on Client intake, and specific Client issues and needs.  My Master's degree in Kinesiology/Human Performance has greatly assisted my massage practice, as my firm foundation in the sciences, coupled with human behavior studies,allow me to work effectively with my Clients to create healing for their bodies, minds, and spirits.  My Ayurvedic consultations and services add a wonderful dimension to healing and wellness. The art and science of Ayurveda are completely Client-focused, and thus, I've created a line of Ayurvedic-inspired products called EverydayAyurveda722, designed to be used in my Ayurvedic services, or be purchased by Clients for personal use as well! 20% of all product sales go toward a fund I've created at a local veterinarian clinic to be used specifically for shelter and rescue animals!
