   Just to let you know a little about myself...anyone who knows me, knows how passionate I am about helping others to help themselves. Educating people on how to care for themselves is so important to me.  Most people take advantage of how well they feel, until they don't! Therefore, in addition to any massage or stretching I can passively do for someone, I try to educate by demonstrating and explaining. Massage is so much more than for relaxation purposes and can be used for many different problems life throws at us, basically for anyone at any age.

   So if I seem like the right massage therapist for you, I hope to meet you one day... or if I already have, I hope to see you again soon.
