Nature Coast Massage and Myofascial Release is a fully integrated bodywork practice that offers sessions of JBMFR,  (John F. Barnes approach) and Swedish techniques that may include trigger point, accupressure, dynamic cupping, hot sticks/stones and cranio-sacral therapy.  Located in a ground floor suite, the clinic is located off US Hwy 19 in Spring Hill, Florida, about an hour north of Tampa and serves Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Marion and Sumpter counties of central Florida.

Barnes approach), specifically addressing the connective tissue that runs like a 3 dimensional web throughout the body, MFR involves applying gentle, sustained pressure into myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Traditional therapies may not alone address the “straight-jacket” of pressure that causes and perpetuates the symptoms.
