Massage is the oldest form of medicine ever recorded. Ancient Egyptian heiroglyphs depict people massaging each other. Over two thousand years later, it is a quickly expanding field of healthcare. Gradually, people are recognizing massage therapy as a vital part of self-care and health maintenance.

There are many different modalities available in massage and my goal is to determine, with your help, what the appropriate one is for you. In order to achieve your treatment goals, I can customize your treatment, employing and integrating whatever techniques are necessary from my vast repertoire.

I have been a massage therapist for over seven years now and I love helping my clients improve their well-being. I'm always looking for new techniques and modalities to learn and am thrilled to put that knowledge to use helping my clients. 

In addition to providing the massage itself, I will provide suggestions for you to aid in your own self-care. Together, we can get you moving well and feeling well. Massate therapy is only one piece of the puzzle. I can equip you with the knowledge for the other pieces, but it's up to you to put them together to complete the puzzle.
