In practice since 1995, I have studied many modalities of bodywork and natural therapies.  Treatments can be a blend of techniques or concentrate on a particular modality.  Each session is uniquely tailored to you and your needs.  I see bodywork as a collaboration on the physical, spiritual, and mental planes.  Bodywork connects your conscious to your subconscious so that you can deeply relax and experience your true essence and energetic flow; and thus tap into your body's innate ability to find balance and heal.
