Hi I am Allison Holloway, licensed massage therapist and owner of Modern Massage & Wellness!

My Mission:

• Personalized Care for Women: I am dedicated to supporting women in all stages of life, from pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause and menopause. As someone living with Hashimoto's, I understand the unique challenges of autoimmune conditions and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.

• Specialized Expertise in Women’s Health: With a deep focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and the unique needs of aging women, we will work together to plan a deeply therapeutic massage session that is intentional in offering relief from pain, reduced swelling, improved sleep, and boosting your overall well-being. This may include neuromuscular & myofascial release and gentle trigger point work where needed.

I attended massage school at Source Institute of Massage in Fort Walton Beach, FL in 2018. I went on to continue my training at Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2021 in Dayton,OH along with continued education in Prenatal and postpartum massage to be a maternity specialist.
