I chose to pursue a career as a Rolfer™ with the goal of implementing a straight forward, logical approach to bringing people out of unnecessary pain and discomfort. Through my own personal history of athletics, experience in personal training, and continued education I have acquired a great deal of knowledge and understanding of how the human body functions in the surrounding world. 

I’m dedicated to helping my clients live their lives to the fullest extent of their desires, without being hindered by pain and restriction in everyday movement.
