Hi, I am Misty, a licensed massage therapist, registered yoga teacher and personal trainer.   Over 18 years in the wellness field from spas and gyms as a personal trainer; working in doctor offices with rehab as a massage therapist and exercise specialist. Muscle Wellness was developed in 2005 working independently. Focused on expanding knowledge by going into PTA/Physical Therapist Assistant school. I believe we have the power to heal ourselves by listening to our intuition, opening our minds, combine therapies, skills and breath in the moment.  I believe my clients needs are of the utmost importance.  I am very passionate about helping you achieve your Muscluar Wellness needs through  massage therapy, yoga and well fit training.
