Hi, I’m Mira — a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel and function at their best. With years of experience working in professional sports, including my current role with an NHL team, I bring a performance-focused, results-driven approach to every session.

I began my massage therapy journey with formal training in clinical and sports massage and have since continued to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in therapeutic modalities. My work is grounded in both science and compassion, whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or simply seeking balance in a demanding life.

My wellness philosophy is simple: every body deserves intentional, informed care. I believe massage therapy is not a luxury — it's a powerful tool for recovery, prevention, and overall health. I aim to support each client in moving, feeling, and living better.
