In my ovwer 30 years in practice, I have found that what people really need is to be heard and understood in their experinece of their pain. I make it a point to ask what my clients want and need as I incorporate this in my session. Because most of my clients have complex or chronic symptom presentation and have often failed other modalities, I rely on my advanced Aston® Kinetics  Structural Assessment techniques to guide the session as well, giving my clients access to improved posture, mobility and power.  Because of this targeted treatment philosophy and assessment I quickly help my clients out of their pain and back to doing the activities that make them happy and fulfilled.  I am also a certified Health Coach in Functional Medicine, I have other resources that can improve outcomes as well by decreasing systemic inflammation in the chronic pain patients.
