I have been a massage professional since April 2000. I love the endlessly interesting variety of the work and the ability to encourage the body to return to health, balance, and comfort.

My original focus was on deep tissue massage, but my years of education have lead me to integrate a variety of modalities including profound relaxation massage, Thai Yoga massage, hot stone work, medical massage, Reiki, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy.

Every body has different needs, and each person’s needs vary from massage to massage. I consult with each client before their massage and tailor my bodywork to those specific needs. This is deeply satisfying to me and to my clients, and I believe it is the main reason I have so many long-term clients and word-of-mouth referrals.

To achieve excellence in massage one must be highly knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, to stay abreast of new research, and to stay fresh by constantly exploring different bodywork modalities. I enjoy this immensely, and am always pleased when a client notices and appreciates my expanding repertoire.

Above all, I treasure my clients, who have placed so much trust in me. My relationship with many of my clients stretches back over decades, and I take great pleasure in knowing that they also value me and the work that I do.
