Meredith embarked on her journey in the realm of massage therapy in 2015, undertaking an intensive full-time program as ASIS Massage Education in Prescott, Arizona. Seeking to deepen her knowledge and skills, she pursued further education to attain certification as a massage instructor. Subsequently, Meredith served in various capacities within the educational domain, transitioning from teacher to administrator and eventually assuming the role of campus director at the aforementioned institution, all while concurrently managing a small mobile practice.

Driven by a desire to engage more directly in therapeutic practice, Meredith transitioned from her administrative role to become a contracted practitioner at an established wellness clinic. Here, she honed her expertise in massage therapy, catering to diverse clientele seeking relaxation, injury rehabilitation, and pain management. Her clientele ranged widely in age and circumstance, encompassing children, the elderly, individuals recovering from car accidents, veterans, expectant mothers, and many others.

Following four years of invaluable clinical experience, Meredith along with two esteemed colleagues opened an establishment offering a comprehensive array of holistic services, including naturopathic care, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, yoga, and prominently, massage therapy.

Meredith is dedicated to her ongoing professional growth and is committed to expanding her expertise through further education and has pursued advanced training across a spectrum of modalities including hot stone therapy, cupping, addressing shoulder dysfunction, elder massage, and hospital-based massage. 

She plans to pursue advanced training in modalities such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), including the Graston Technique, as well as kinesiotaping. Additionally, Meredith is eager to deepen her understanding of trauma-informed massage therapy, recognizing the importance of providing sensitive and effective care to individuals who have experienced trauma.

By actively seeking out feedback and opportunities for continued learning and skill development, Meredith remains at the forefront of her field, ensuring that she can offer her clients the most comprehensive and effective treatments available. Her unwavering commitment to ongoing education reflects her dedication to providing the highest standard of care and fostering healing and wellness within her community.

Recently returning to Milbridge to be nearer to her family, Meredith is delighted to extend her wealth of expertise and passion for her craft to the Downeast community. She warmly invites inquiries and looks forward to serving the area with her dedication to wellness and therapeutic excellence.
