I have practiced as a therapeutically focused massage therapist since 2004. My education includes a BS in exercise science from an NAU and a degree in massage therapy from WCC in California

Throughout my career I have utilized a variety of modalities and studies to develop my skills and approach to massage. In recent years I have learned to better define my practice as one that emphasizes the interaction I have with my clients’ nervous system. Recognizing that stress, tension and pain are controlled by the nervous system I strive for an integrative approach that decreases areas of tension and increases mobility. It is important that my massage also creates a sense of relaxation. This can be very helpful to those with acute or chronic pain and many of my clients report success with specific neck, shoulder or hip issues. My goal as a massage therapist is to listen to each client’s story and tailor every session to their specific need.
