Hello! I would like to share a few thoughts with you. Hopefully, you will find it useful and worth the read.
With over 16 years in the massage therapy field, I have come to promote that we must be more proactive about our overall health. It begins with reducing stress by calming the nervous system. It increases flexibility by breaking up soft tissue adhesions and through stretching. It improves sleep by also tapping into that ever-so-important nervous system. It increases circulation by pushing the blood towards the heart. It boosts the immune system, as ALL massage promotes a light detoxification. With that said, massage therapy helps with all-of-the-above and so much more. Not to mention, it feels great!
In my practice, I offer customized body work. Each client has a different need and deserves the best treatment possible. My experience in both the chiropractic and spa setting has given me the skill set to provide effective body work, while also indulging those who want to be pampered. All of my sessions include complimentary essential oils, cupping (if needed/requested) and a hot towel service. There is an up-charge for hot stone therapy and the use of CBD oil.
