Megan Downs

The bodywork offered here at In Your Hands, LLC incorporates massage and myofascial techniques with energywork.  Some clients describe it as “energy alignment.” Megan aims to hold space for a client’s self-healing while “listening” to the tissues to encourage softening, ease, and re-alignment.  Her intention is to create the space where a client can feel fully supported in her authenticity, opening to a greater possibility of deep healing.  She is especially drawn to working with women, in celebration of their inner wisdom through life's journey.

Megan is currently enrolled in a Full Foundations Training: The Art, Science, and Spirituality of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, which is inspiring this more “yin” approach.
