The main modalities we use are Deep Tissue Massage along with Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. We also offer Kinesio Taping for pain relief and injury prevention as well as nutritional counseling. Sometimes a relaxing Swedish massage is exactly what the doctor ordered, so we have that on the menu as well with soothing essential oils.
