The easiest way to schedule a massage with me is by calling 847-535-7060. Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center welcomes members and non-members to the massage spa.
Personally, I recommend the 90-minute Signature Massage. This allows me, as the expert to determine whether you need to be upgraded to a Deep Tissue Massage or if you need something on the lighter side, Swedish.
Any 90-minute scheduled with me includes Foot Reflexolgy so I can incorporate the nerves and organs into your muscle relieving session.
