Matt Winings

Years spent in Corporate America instilled Certified Massage Therapist Matt Winings with a true understanding of the meaning of stress—and the effects of stress on the body.

Today, Matt is a Certified Massage Therapist (Indiana License # MT21104019) in Indianapolis who works with "busy professionals" much like himself. He prides himself on his ability to accommodate their jam-packed schedules, and offers evening and weekend appointments to suit his clients' unique needs.

An avid outdoorsman, Matt enjoys camping, horseback riding and hiking, and volunteers his time to local HIV/AIDS outreach programs. An Indiana native and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, he is eager to help each of his clients "relax and heal" from any stress they may be experiencing, whether in the workplace or some other aspect of their lives.

Matt is a graduate of the Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, where he completed a 600-hour training program.
