Zen is enlightment through meditation. I personally believe that massage is just a form of meditation. It takes conscious effort to relax the tension you feel in your body. Bring awareness to your breathing and the doors of Zen will open.

I love facilitating these moments of peace for my clients, giving them the space to create their own healing and Zen, by blending modalities such as:

I'd like to make it very clear that I practice therapeutic and healing massage ONLY.

In May 2016, I graduated from Riverland's Massage Therapy program the top of my class. (I put a link below of a video I am featured in describing the program I went through. I'm the one with the bangs!) The education I received allowed me to work for the highest rated spa in all of Rochester, Healing Touch for two years. I started my own business to have more time for quality sessions with clients so I'm not feeling rushed with back to back appointments.

 

The reason I got into this career, I have to admit, was very selfish. I experienced a lot of trauma and I needed to heal. Through that healing process, I realized- This is my gift to give to the world!

 

Massage therapy is truly my craft and I'm very blessed to have found my own Zen through this art-form.

I am conveniently located downtown Rochester right off of North Broadway.

 

If you are from out of town I am about a ten minute walk from a lot of the hotels around the Mayo Clinic.

Fair warning- as long as you can make it up a very small flight of stairs, I welcome everyone, no matter what issue, pain or stress you feel!
