Massage & Bodywork

I graduated from a 900-hour professaionl massage training with the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1996.I completed Foot Reflexology levels 1 and 2 (74 hours) at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. I've participated in hundreds of hours of continuing education.

Yoga

I completed the 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training, the Daybreak Geriatric Massage Institute training, Duke Integrative Medicine's Professional Teacher Training in Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors, and many hours of continuing education.

Breathwork

I am a certified Buteyko educator and am currently completing the Restore Your Prana Certification Program: A Professional Training for Yoga Teachers, Yoga Therapists, Program Directors and Health-Care Practitioners.
