Massage also helps significantly with our emotional well-being.

A little bit about me: I'm a husband, father, long-distance walker, and triathlete. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, I worked many years in the high technology industry. I am very familiar with the strains and repetitive injuries resulting from long hours spent sitting in front of a computer, as well as the pains that can come from running, swimming, & cycling, and would be glad to help you heal with massage therapy.
