I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. I offer a wide range of pressure levels and differing modalities to offer my clients the best massage experience possible. I continually take strides to advance my knowledge of the human body, various massage techniques, and modalities. I also aim to give my clients a complete wellness program to follow after they leave my care. This may include stretches for at home, yoga asanas, meditation techniques, foam rolling, ect.
