Whether you are an athlete striving to improve your performance, you are experiencing simple muscle soreness, tension, and limited range or ease of motion, or you have a more complex issue (such as carpal tunnel, rotator cuff injury, thoracic outlet syndrome, temporal mandibular disorder, piriformis/sciatic syndrome, headaches, etc.), I look forward to helping you achieve optimal wellbeing.
I have a broad base of training, in addition to numerous specialties, which I combine according to what would best meet your individual needs. I provide a range of services from Swedish Deep Tissue work to Advanced Clinical or Medical Massage techniques that are very specific to the type of tissue and structural relationships contributing to your situation. I am also trained in CranioSacral Therapy (certified), Thai, & Reiki as well as being a Yoga Instructor (RYT200), Qigong Instructor, and Healing Foods Educator.
