I believe we all need to take time for ourselves. In order to function in todays busy lifes taking a break and rejuvinating is a must. Massage has so many benefits, including relief of tension that builds up in the muscles when we are stressed, circulation of blood flow that gets blocked, helps the immune system, just being able to relax, I feel is most important. 

I have my massage and cosmetology liscense. I received my massage training at IBMC in Fort Collins, CO; cosmetology in central Wisconsin. I love relaxing my clients, as that is what I feel my specialty is. Although, if needed I will do a deeper massage. 

Skin care is important especially in this dryer climate. I do facials, and body treatments to help keep the skin hydrated. We tend to forget that the skin is the biggest organ of the body, so we should take good care of it. Staying healthy while helping us look younger and relaxing all at the same time sounds very inviting.
