Mary Helen Thorne

Mary Helen is a 2008 graduate of the Athletic Training program at Bridgewater College and a Staunton native. She continued her education at the Virginia School of Massage and graduated in 2008. She completed the NCBTMB National Certificate in 2009. She specializes in a deep tissue technique, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy/Barefoot Bodywork (2012 - current). It gives her the ability to blend transitional hands on massage and ashiatsu (foot pressure) to provide the "deepest most luxurious massage on the planet". In 2017, she obtained her Aromatherpay Certification, to better serve her clients with correct information and Aromatherpy education.
