Mary Beth Kosich

Mary Beth Kosich, LMT, has been practicing massge therapy since 1993. She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York City where she worked with ballet and modern dancers and professional athletes in a clinical setting, as well as people in the spa and home environment. She bases her work on Esalen massage, a modality associated with the Esalen Institute in Big Sur California, emphasizing the movement and flow of the sea in a deeply rythmic flow. Other modalities include Swedish, Shiatsu, Trager and Oncology massage. She specializes in treating the pain associated with chronic illness by a massage style that is particulary good for the nervous system and  the deep relaxation that encourages sleep and profound rest.
