My philosophy is that everyone can benefit from massage services and deserves to experience the higher quality of life that wellbeing and relief from pain can provide. Massage Therapy services are a high return, low risk investment in your health and wellbeing.

All the modalities and services I offer have been a part of my wellbeing journey, in fact, I received massage for years before I became licensed in 2011. 

A massage service with me is personalized to you and provides relief from pain, stiffness, stress, arthritis, fibromyalgia and many other conditions without discomfort.  It is my belief you can have healing without hurting. I use aromatherpy, hot stones, and the ancient art of cupping (as needed) with wonderful, consistent results.  

My newest service is Holistic Help for Anxiety, Depression and Grief. These services allow you to remain fully clothed, with only a need to remove shoes and/or socks, and include reflexology, accupressure, guided relaxation meditation and more.  Please contact me to discuss which modality is most comfortable and best for you.

All services are provided in an atmosphere of peace, compassion, open listening and non-judgment.
