After 30 years of working in a high stressed environment I decide to change my career because it was wearing on me. Massage therapy became my new career because I wanted to help other people who suffered as I did. 

So, I created Springfield Massage and Therapeutic Center, where we work with our clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Springfield Massage and Therapeutic Center is where athletes, business folks, construction workers, first responders, and for that matter where anyone can come when they need relief from stress, migraines, muscle tension and achy joints.

Our clients come to us first because they have heard our approach is different and understand that we will change our massage style and techniques to fit an individual’s needs. We listen and work with you to build a plan around your specific areas of concern.

Our clients continue to stay with us because we make a difference in how they feel and move throughout their day. The examples are many and include a worker who needed to alleviate sciatic pain, a nurse who suffered from tension migraines and overall stress , a retiree who now rides her bike without constant pain in her hips and knees, and even the golfer who improved their range of motion for that all important golf swing.
