I love practicing Massage!!  After spending many years in the corporate world, I chose to follow my heart and complete my schooling for Massage Therapy.  I love the therapeutic effect that massage has on the body, mind and spirit.  It is immensely rewarding to assist my clients in their transformation from being stressed/tired/sore to being relaxed/ refreshed and feeling great! 

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial techniques, Cupping and Stretching are some of the techniques utilized in my practice.  In addition, I've been a practicing Reiki Master since 1995 and often incorporate this healing modality into my sessions as well.
