Sarah Bierut

Sarah Margaret is the founder and owner of Manifest It Wellness, LLC.  Through her own experience of physical traumas, Sarah dove deep in the path of healing where she discovered specific modalities that aided her health and recovery.  Through the experience and use of Thai Medical Massage, Sound Vibrational Therapy, Amrit Yoga Nidra, and Amrit Yoga Therapy, Sarah continued to drop deeper in awareness where not only healing, but transformation and awakening happened.  She developed Manifest It Wellness, LLC, through her own direct experience to help those on the path of health, wellness, transformation, and awakening.  

She is a Licensed Massage Therapist under the Montana State Board of Massage Therapy and 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.  Sarah is certified in Thai Therapeutic and Medical Massage, Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy and Meditation in Motion, and Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy.  

Sarah’s work combines the above modalities in group class settings and personal sessions to individually target mental stress and anxiety, self-defeating patterns and habits and energetic awakenings that have manifested in the form of chronic physical and emotional pain and tension.
