Greetings! Allow me to introduce myself. I graduated from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in 2008 and have been a practicing and licensed massage therapist in Santa Fe, NM since 2009. My desire to learn more about the amazing intelligence of the body has lead me to study Ortho-Bionomy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in addition to Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage. Ortho-Bionomy works with the nervous system to release held tension patterns through gentle contact and positional release. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is also a gentle and effective modality that works with the nervous system and helps the body to recognize the deep health within. Despite the traumas that have occurred in a person's life, health is our foundation and is always there even if clouded over, BCST helps one to connect with one's inherent health.
