I started practicing massage in 2008. After graduating high school, I had tried a few different opportunities but hadn't quite found what I was searching for. One day I ran into a family friend and started chatting about future plans. I had none. She was a massage therapist that traveled around the United States managing multiple spas. She was also a teacher at a local massage school. I was intrigued with the versatility the profession offered, so I immediately enrolled at Everest College of Massage and Spa.

All of my of experience has been helping to rehab sports injuries and repetitive stress injuries as well as daily life symptoms like mild to severe headaches, jaw/face/neck pain, issues stemming from poor postures, and acute and/or chronic body aches and pains. My goal has always been to bring you back to balance, and guide you to others who can help you in your health journey.

In the Spring of 2018, an opportunity presented itself that I couldn't pass up. After nearly 10 years of massage, I decided to open my own massage business.

?At Selah I provide knowledgeable and practiced massage techniques to calm the body and mind. My goal is to help people towards balancing life and handling stress in a healthy way.

?My specialties include a range of modalities focusing around relaxation therapies, deep tissue techniques, myofacial release, cupping, gua sha, passive stretching, pre- & post-natal massage, and intraoral treatments.
