Rejuvenation Therapeutic Massage is an independently owned massage studio, solely operated by Lydia Baumgartner, LMT, located inside of Creekside Wellness Center in Portage, MI. With over 9 years of experience in both spa and medical settings, I pride myself in customizing each session to your specific needs using modalities such as deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, doTERRA Essential oils and myofascial release.

Massage has been such a key component in my health journey, formerly dealing with migraines for almost 12 years of my life, that it has really ignited a passion for me to help others in their quest to live as happy, pain-free, and as comfortable as possible.

I believe that massage therapy is not only a form of relaxation to unwind from all of life's obstacles, but also a valuable tool to help ease pain both short-term and long-term. My main goal is to be a conduit for my clients' healing processes while providing a safe and supportive atmosphere.
