My passion is introducing you to a new style of bodywork; one that works with the body instead of on it. Many clients believe that pain must be involved in a session for results to be felt; I believe the opposite. When the body is worked with in a gentle, consistent, and respective way, results are lasting, I promise you'll feel and see the difference.

My approach to bodywork is cultivated over 13 years of study, multiple certifications, and clinical reasoning. Our sessions are integrated, using multiple modalities chosen to fit the causes of symptoms and responses of the body. I have worked with an array of conditions across the entire life span from birth until death, and am here to support you and your body in whatever step of your journey we meet.
