Welcome to LoveByChe- a health and wellness inspired massage and bodywork therapy practice. At LBC my goal is to hold space for change by being receptive of my clients needs and goals, and providing excellent services.  Care is the cornerstone of my work, and through motivational interviewing, mind/body awareness, and breathwork, we may uncover and work towards releasing blocks- wether it be from muscle tension, or mental stress.  Bookings are reserved ahead, so you may arrive knowing the full focus will be on you, without rush or shortened sessions.  

I specialize in a blend of Deep Therapeutic work, and Relaxation-allowing the nervous system to regulate, and tending to overstrained muscle patterns, and weakness for the full spectrum treatment.  Techniques that I specialize in are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Bodywork, Ashiatsu, Hot Stone, Cupping, Gua-Sha, and assisted stretch.  Book with me today to begin your self care journey!
