About
I have 20+ years of experience in the Healing Arts. My career started with a master's in physical therapy from Hahnemann Univeristy (Now Drexel) and 10 years working in traditional physical therapy settings. I shifted to massage therapy while working at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and, in more recent years, became an expert-level John F. Barnes' Approach to Myofascial Release. I continue to repeat JFB MFR classes to hone my skills. I love helping people decrease pain and stress and improve the quality of their lives. I am also certified in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Medical Massage for the neck and back and am a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition.
