If you are in the South Hills area and looking for professional Massage Therapy with extensive Myofascial Trigger Point Training: a Pain Management Approach, give me a call. My post Massage Therapy training continued for another year at the Institute of Medical Careers: a 1-Year intensive program studying medical texts, followed by board examination and certification by the NAMTPT (National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists. The material I learned can not be taken in during a one or two day weekend workshop/CEU. Trigger Point Therapy is not my "niche" nor a specialty. I use the information to better understand the physiology of the person on my table and how to create the best possible outcome based on the health status, history intake and goals of the session.
