I graduated from CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu School in December 2013 completing 1320 hours of training taking courses in Musculoskeletal Anatomy, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Advanced Shiatsu Techniques and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I specialize in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports, lymphatic and Pregnancy Massage.

I knew I'd started a career I would thoroughly enjoy. Previously, I thought getting a massage was a luxury. Now, I think of it as healthcare. Just like a car needs oil changes and maintenance, your body (as a vehicle for your worldly experience) needs attention too.

I want to create the space you need to settle in and receive the best bodywork session you've ever had. Prior to the session, we'll collaborate to ensure you receive the massage and focus you've come for. I'll add in my knowledge and skills pulling from shiatsu, therapeutic massage and work experience.

My specialty is in lowering the shoulders away from the ears. With a combination of focused massage sessions and techniques you can do daily, your neck will feel lengthened and your shoulders will be down where they should be.
