Hello! My name is Lisa Shifflett. I provide customized massage and energy sessions to fit your individual needs to ease your stress and reduce your pain with the intention to improve your quality of life.  I started my massage career in a Chiropractic setting, gaining experience with a wide variety of painful conditions. I have a unique style of easing pain, while using techniques that are less painful than most may expect.  I believe that the body has the ability to heal itself when provided the proper support to do so.  I look forward to working with you.
